Rob Cunningham is swimming & biking for 4 great
causes! |
On September 2nd I and
a group of friends will swim Lake Austin from the 360 bridge
to Tom Miller Dam (4.1 miles) and a month later in October
I’ll ride my bike from Dallas to Austin (200 miles) to raise
money and awareness for four Central Texas nonprofit
organizations.

Support me on my journey to help
these 4 great organizations!
The four nonprofit organizations
are:
Colin’s
Hope serving our community by creating and
supporting programs that aid in preventing children from
drowning.
Ronald McDonald House of Austin serving families
with critically ill or injured children by providing the
family with a place to live near their hospitalized child.
Capital Area Food Bank, Kid’s Café Program
serving more than 33,500 meals to an average 3,300 kids per
month.
U.S. Army Wounded Warrior Program serving
severely wounded soldiers, veterans and their families
wherever they are and for as long as it takes. My goal is
to raise $4,000 through personal sponsorships. It is very
heart warning to think that together we can help each of the
above nonprofit organizations continue their worthy
missions.
Over the last couple of months
I’ve been training hard and preparing for this 204.1 mile
adventure. By reading this and by passing it on you’re
helping me bring awareness to the organizations and I hope
that you’ll consider sponsoring my efforts by making a
donation in my name.

My wife Amy will join me first by
kayaking and serving as my Water Guardian (for safety, each
swimmer has his or her own Water Guardian) for the swim,
then, as my riding partner on the ride from Dallas to
Austin.
Every dollar you donate will be
split four ways and given directly to the four chosen
nonprofit organizations. Thank you so very much for
helping me reach my fundraising goal of $4,000. I look
forward to sending you a thank you note after the ride in
October.
Support me on my journey to help
these 4 great organizations!
Sincerely,

Rob Cunningham
